The Witness body is also invisible to the naked eye, and is the part of yourself that is pure consciousness, this is the seat of wisdom - essentially your soul in pure form.

This is the part of your body that recognizes that you see a cup, and that you are not a cup, or more relevant to our topic of purification, ‘I realize that I am having an angry feeling/emotion, yet I distinguish that I am not an angry being/person.’

Where attention goes, energy flows.

Yes, emotions vibrate at different frequencies, positive ones like gratitude, love, and joy have high frequencies and negative ones like anger, jealousy, fear vibrate at low frequencies.

Emotions therefore vibrate and create a distinct energy, and they do flow, move, get blocked, get trapped in certain areas of your body.

If you stretch your arms out horizontally in a T shape, that’s how far your energy body extends in a multidirectional, up, down, left and right direction of invisible energy.

Each layer of the human body requires nurturance, connection and love to thrive, essentially the healing of one layer has an ultimate influence and wellbeing on the whole. You don’t have to work on all layers at the same time.

Surrendering to the Will of God, is like opening the palms of your hands, so that God can grab the problem from your hands. Many people raise their hands with clenched fists to God and want Him to take away their problems - these people don’t understand a couple things.
