The second step is to Imagine your ideal life style, I personally had a difficult time imagining my ideal life style when I started the KonMari method back in 2015. I may have actually skipped it entirely cause I thought I generally knew what it would look like.

However, years down the line, after having received training in integrative yoga therapy, I know the value of having someone else guide you through questions, even being a yoga therapist my self! I created this meditation to fill a gap that I would have wanted to have when doing this book.

This meditation will guide you through reflective questions through the five layers of the human body: physical body, energetic body, mental/emotional body, witness body and bliss body.
