Yoga Nidra is a deep meditative practice, within the category of Pratyahara, withdrawal of the senses, the 5th out of 8 limbs or paths to enlightenment. This meditation is so powerful that it is said that 20 minutes of it restores about 2-3 hours of sleep! Use it often mamas, and use it well.
